Mandarin Orange Cake - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 cans Mandarin oranges and juice (11 oz. each)
2 c. flour
2 c. sugar
2 tsp. vanilla
2 tsp. baking soda
1/2 to 1 tsp. salt
2 eggs
1 c. chopped nuts
1 tsp. cinnamon (optional)
Preparation

Pour all ingredients in bowl and mix until smooth.
Pour in an ungreased pan.
Bake in 350\u00b0 oven for 35 minutes.
When baked, cool in pan.
