Chess Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 whole eggs
    1 3/4 c. sugar
    1/2 c. butter or margarine (1 stick)
    1/2 c. milk (evaporated)
    3 Tbsp. flour
    1 tsp. vanilla
    1 unbaked pastry shell
Preparation
    Cream butter and sugar with flour.
    Add 1 egg at a time, beating well after each addition.
    Add milk and vanilla.
    Pour into unbaked pastry shell.
    Sprinkle with nutmeg.
    Bake for about 1 hour at 325\u00b0 or until inserted knife comes out clean.
