Baked Lemon Pudding - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. sugar
    2 Tbsp. margarine
    2 egg yolks
    juice of 2 lemons (some grated rind, optional)
    2 Tbsp. flour
    1 c. sweet milk
    2 egg whites, beaten stiff
Preparation
    Cream sugar, margarine and egg yolks.
    Add lemon juice, flour and milk.
    Beat egg whites until stiff.
    Fold into batter.
    Bake in 6-inch square Pyrex dish which is placed in shallow pan filled with about 1/2-inch water.
    Bake for 45 minutes at 350\u00b0.
