Rhubarb Cream Pie - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 1/2 c. sugar
3 Tbsp. enriched flour
1/2 tsp. nutmeg
1 Tbsp. butter or margarine
2 well beaten eggs
3 c. cut up rhubarb
1 recipe Plain Pastry
Preparation

Blend sugar, flour, nutmeg and butter.
Add eggs.
Beat until smooth.
Pour over rhubarb in 9-inch pastry-lined pie pan.
Top with pastry.
Bake in a 450\u00b0 oven for 10 minutes, then in moderate oven of 350\u00b0 about 30 minutes.
