Hamburger Mac-Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 c. macaroni
2 Tbsp. flour
1/2 tsp. salt
1 lb. hamburger meat
2 Tbsp. butter
1 1/2 c. milk
1 c. shredded cheese
1/2 c. buttered bread crumbs
Preparation

Cook macaroni and drain.
Place in buttered casserole dish. Melt butter in double boiler.
Add flour, salt and pepper.
Blend. Add milk slowly until sauce thickens.
Add shredded cheese. Fry hamburger meat.
Drain fat and combine with macaroni.
Mix thoroughly.
Add sauce and top with bread crumbs.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 minutes.
