Bacon Quiche - cooking recipe
Ingredients

6 slices bacon
3 eggs
1/2 tsp. salt
1 c. shredded Swiss cheese
1 medium onion
1 c. half and half or light cream
1 Tbsp. flour
1 (9-inch) pie shell (frozen)
Preparation

Cook bacon until crisp; drain and crumble.
Cook onion in bacon drippings until tender.
Drain well.
Beat together eggs, cream and salt.
Stir in bacon and onion.
Toss cheese with flour.
Place in frozen pie shell.
Pour egg mixture over.
Bake at 325\u00b0 on cookie sheet for 40 to 45 minutes or until knife inserted midway comes out clean.
Cool 10 minutes before serving.
