Pecan Crunchies - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. pecan halves
    3/4 tsp. salt
    1 tsp. cinnamon
    1 c. sugar
    1 egg white, beaten stiff
    1 Tbsp. water
Preparation
    Mix all ingredients in a large bowl.
    Line a jelly loaf pan with aluminum foil. Spread pecans on foil.
    Bake in 325\u00b0 oven for 45 minutes, turning every 15 minutes.
    Remove from oven and cool. Store in airtight container.
