Busy Day Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 small onions, chopped
    1 Tbsp. oil
    1/2 c. rice
    1 can cream of mushroom soup
    1 1/2 c. diced celery
    1 lb. ground chuck
    1 can cream of chicken soup
    1 can chow mein noodles
Preparation
    Saute onions and celery in oil.
    Brown ground chuck in skillet, stirring until crumbly.
    Pour off drippings.
    Add vegetables, rice and soups.
    Pour into 2-quart casserole dish. Bake covered at 400\u00b0 for 35 minutes.
    Sprinkle noodles over casserole, then bake uncovered for 10 minutes.
    Serves 6.
