White Fruit Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 lb. pecan meats
    1/2 lb. blanched almonds
    1/2 lb. English walnuts
    1/2 lb. candied cherries
    1/2 lb. sifted flour (3 c.)
    1/2 lb. butter
    1 whole grated coconut
    1/2 lb. crystallized pineapple
    1/2 lb. citron
    2 lb. white raisins
    1 c. orange juice
    1 lb. sugar
    6 eggs
    2 tsp. baking powder
Preparation
    Prepare and chop nuts.
    Cut up fruit and mix with enough flour to keep it from sticking together.
    Cream butter, add sugar and beat well.
    Add eggs, 1 at a time, beat well after adding each egg. Add flour and orange juice alternately.
    Add coconut, fruit and nuts.
    Bake in large greased tubed pan at 250\u00b0 to 275\u00b0 for 2 1/2 to 3 hours.
