Ham And Cheese Quiche - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. shredded cheese
    2 Tbsp. flour
    1 1/2 c. milk
    4 eggs, slightly beaten
    1 (5 oz.) can chunk ham
    1/4 c. chopped onion
    1/4 c. chopped bell pepper
    1/4 tsp. salt
    dash of pepper
    1 (9-inch) unbaked pie shell
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 400\u00b0.
    Prick bottom of pie shell and bake for 8 minutes.
    Toss cheese with flour and sprinkle in pie shell. Sprinkle ham on top of it.
    Mix eggs, milk, onion, bell pepper and seasonings; pour into pie shell.
    Bake 55 minutes or until set at 325\u00b0.
