Quiche - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 c. chopped fresh broccoli
1/2 c. chopped green peppers and onions
1 c. shredded Colby or Swiss cheese
1 c. milk
2 eggs
1/2 c. whole wheat bread flour or biscuit mix
salt to taste
1/8 tsp. red pepper (optional)
Preparation

Steam broccoli in steamer or microwave until crisp.
Place broccoli in lightly greased 9-inch pie plate.
Sprinkle with onions, peppers and cheese.
Combine remaining ingredients in blender and mix until smooth.
Pour over broccoli mixture.
Bake at 375\u00b0 for 25 to 30 minutes or until set.
