Rhubarb Pie - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 1/2 c. sugar
2 Tbsp. tapioca
6 Tbsp. flour
pinch of salt
5 c. rhubarb, cut into small pieces
3 Tbsp. butter
1 egg, beaten
pastry for 2 crust pie
Preparation

Preheat oven to 350\u00b0.
Mix sugar, tapioca, flour and salt; stir in rhubarb.
Spread mixture onto dough in 9-inch pie plate.
Dot with butter.
Top with remaining crust and crimp edges well. Brush top crust with beaten egg.
Cut vents in top dough.
Bake 55 minutes.
