Italian Meat Loaf - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 lb. ground beef
    1 egg
    3/4 c. cracker crumbs
    1/2 c. chopped onion
    1 tsp. salt
    1/3 c. tomato sauce
    1/2 tsp. oregano
    1/4 tsp. ground pepper
    2 c. shredded Mozzarella cheese
    2/3 c. tomato sauce
Preparation
    Combine meat, egg, cracker crumbs, onion, salt, 1/3 cup tomato sauce, oregano and pepper.
    Shape into a 10 x 12-inch rectangle on waxed paper.
    Sprinkle with cheese.
    Roll up, jelly roll style, and press ends to seal.
    Place in a shallow pan and bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour.
    Pour the 2/3 cup tomato sauce over top and bake for 15 minutes longer.
    Remove from oven and let set a few minutes before slicing.
