Lemon Cheese Cake - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 pkg. lemon Jell-O
1 c. boiling water
juice 1 lemon
1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
1 c. powdered sugar
1 large can evaporated milk
1 tsp. vanilla
Preparation

Mix Jell-O and boiling water.
Add lemon juice.
Let congeal slightly.
Then mix soft cream cheese, powdered sugar, vanilla and Jell-O mixture.
Beat well.
Put in graham cracker crust.
Chill about 1 hour.
