Chicken Reuben - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 whole chicken breasts, halved and boned
    1/4 tsp. salt
    1/8 tsp. pepper
    1 (16 oz.) can sauerkraut, drained
    4 slices Swiss cheese
    1 1/4 c. Thousand Island dressing
    1 Tbsp. chopped parsley
Preparation
    Put chicken in greased baking dish and sprinkle on salt and pepper.
    Top with sauerkraut and cheese.
    Spoon dressing evenly over cheese.
    Cover and bake at 325\u00b0 for about 1 1/2 hours. Sprinkle with parsley to serve.
