Chicken Noodle Soup(No Fat) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 diced onions
    1 diced celery stalk
    2 or 3 sliced thin carrots
    1 cooked and diced chicken breast
    1 c. powdered chicken soup base or bouillon
    3 qt. water
    1 bag fine homemade noodles or 1 bag eggless noodles
Preparation
    In a large pan, boil chicken in about 3 quarts of water; when chicken breast and set aside.
    (I remove all skin before boiling.) In water, add
    all other ingredients.
    Cook until tender.
    Add noodles; cook until tender or add 3 cups of rice for chicken and rice variation.
