Ingredients
    2 lb. meat
    5 potatoes
    4 to 6 carrots
    1 green pepper
    4 stalks celery
    1 onion, sliced
    2 Tbsp. tapioca
    1 tsp. sugar
    1 can stewed tomatoes
    salt and pepper
