Basic Sweet Rolls - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 pkg. yeast
    1/2 c. warm water
    1 1/2 c. scalded milk
    1/2 c. sugar
    2 tsp. salt
    2 eggs
    1/2 c. soft butter
    6 to 7 c. flour
Preparation
    Mix yeast and warm water and set until doubled.
    Scald milk; stir in sugar, salt and butter.
    Cool.
    Add yeast mixture and eggs. Blend; add flour, stirring while adding until light and smooth. Dough should be light and smooth, almost sticky.
    Turn onto floured board and knead until smooth.
    Put into buttered bowl and let rise to double.
    Punch down; let rise again.
    Shape into desired forms such as cloverleaf, Parker House or crescent rolls or roll out and fill with your favorite filling.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 minutes.
