Best Lemonade - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 1/2 c. sugar
1 Tbsp. lemon peel, finely grated
1 1/2 c. very hot water
1 1/2 c. lemon juice (4 large or 8 medium lemons)
3 qt. cold water or club soda
Preparation

In 1-quart jar with tight fitting lid, shake sugar, lemon peel and hot water until sugar is dissolved.
Add lemon juice. Refrigerate.
