Cottage Potatoes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    5 lb. potatoes
    5 slices bread
    5 Tbsp. dehydrated onions
    5 Tbsp. parsley flakes
    1/2 lb. Velveeta cheese
    2 c. milk
    1 c. oleo
    dash of salt and pepper
Preparation
    Cook potatoes, with skin, until done.
    Cool, then cube the potatoes.
    Crumble bread.
    Cube cheese.
    Add all ingredients together into a baking pan.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 45 minutes.
