Chili Sauce - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 gal. ripe tomatoes, chopped
6 chopped onions
4 sweet peppers
3 hot peppers
5 tsp. salt
1 tsp. cinnamon
1 tsp. nutmeg
2 tsp. ginger
2 c. sugar
1 tsp. dry mustard
Preparation
-
Simmer 2 hours. Add 1 quart vinegar and cook until mixture thickens slightly.
Can in jars.
