Parmesan Fish - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 lb. scrod fillets or cod (no oily fish)
2 Tbsp. plus 2 tsp. reduced calorie mayonnaise
1 tsp. Dijon mustard
1 oz. grated Parmesan cheese
1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
1 Tbsp. minced onion flakes
1 tsp. sherry extract
Preparation

Preheat oven to 350\u00b0.
Place fish in a shallow baking pan that has been sprayed with a nonstick spray.
Spread mixture evenly over fillets.
Sprinkle with Parmesan cheese.
Bake, uncovered, 30 minutes.
