Ingredients

1 (9-inch) pastry shell, unbaked
1 lb. lean beef
3/4 c. chopped onion
4 eggs
1/2 c. milk
1 c. (4 oz.) shredded Cheddar cheese
1/2 tsp. oregano
1/8 tsp. pepper
1 (8 oz.) can pizza sauce
6 slices Cheddar or 4 oz. shredded or Mozzarella cheese
Preparation

Brown meat and onion.
Drain and spoon into pie shell.
Combine eggs, milk, cheese and seasonings.
Mix and pour on meat.
Bake at 375\u00b0 for 25 to 30 minutes.
Spread pizza sauce over pie and top with remaining cheese.
Bake 5 to 8 minutes longer.
Cut into wedges.
Makes 6 servings.
