Peanut Butter Pie - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 1/2 c. brown sugar
9 Tbsp. cornstarch
9 beaten egg yolks
4 1/2 c. milk
3 tsp. vanilla
1 c. peanut butter
Preparation

Mix the brown sugar, cornstarch and egg yolks well, then add milk.
Cook until thick.
Add 3 teaspoons vanilla.
Add peanut butter.
Cool.
Pour into baked pie shell and top with meringue or Cool Whip.
Makes 2 big pies.
