Sunshine Sauce - cooking recipe

Ingredients

1 egg
1/2 c. sugar
1/2 c. heavy cream
1 tsp. vanilla

Preparation

Beat egg yolk with sugar and whip cream until light; combine with sugar mixture.
Beat egg white.
Add vanilla and fold into cream mixture.
Delicious with sponge cake.
