Baked Taco Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 lb. ground beef
1 packet taco seasoning
2 (14.5 oz.) cans chili tomatoes, diced with chili spices
3 c. shredded Cheddar cheese
8 to 10 slices Velveeta cheese (lite works good!)
1 (10.5 oz.) bag original Fritos corn chips
shredded lettuce
diced fresh tomato
taco sauce
sour half and half
Preparation

Brown ground beef.
Drain.
Add the packet of taco seasoning and mix well.
Pour in the chili tomatoes and stir together.
In a 9 x 13-inch pan, layer 1/2 of the hamburger/tomato mixture, 1/2 bag of the Fritos, 1/2 of the Velveeta cheese slices, 1/2 of the shredded cheese.
Now put another layer of remaining hamburger/tomato mixture and the rest of the cheese.
(Reserve the 1/2 bag of Fritos for after casserole is baked.)
Bake for about 30 minutes in a 350\u00b0 oven.
Remove from oven and put the remaining Fritos on casserole.
Serve hot.
