Cheese Dip - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1/2 lb. Danish blue or Gorgonzola cheese, softened
1/2 pt. whipping cream
1 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
salt and freshly ground pepper
Preparation

Mix the cheese and cream together with a wooden spoon, then beat vigorously.
Stir in the Worcestershire sauce and seasoning to taste.
Spoon into a serving bowl and chill before serving.
