No-Peek Oven Stew - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    5 carrots, peeled and cubed
    2 c. celery, cut up
    5 potatoes, peeled and cubed
    1 pkg. onion soup
    4 Tbsp. Minute tapioca
    1 Tbsp. sugar
    1 1/2 c. tomato juice or 1 can tomato soup
    2 c. water
Preparation
    Put everything in a roasting pan.
    Cut 1 1/2 pounds stewing beef in cubes.
    Bake at 275\u00b0 for 3 1/2 hours.
    Makes 4 servings.
