Mexican Cornbread - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 lb. ground beef, browned
1 box Jiffy cornbread mix
1 (16 oz.) can creamed corn
1 medium onion
1/2 lb. sharp cheese
1 jalapeno pepper, cut up
Preparation

Mix cornbread according to box.
Grease an 8 x 8-inch casserole dish and pour 1/2 cornbread mixture in it.
Place ground meat next and then a layer of onions, followed by a layer of cheese.
Spread creamed corn, then jalapeno pepper and then another layer of cheese.
Pour on another layer of cornbread mixture.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 45 to 60 minutes.
