Possum Pie - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3 egg whites
3/4 Tbsp. baking powder
1 c. sugar
1 c. graham cracker crumbs
1 c. chopped pecans
1 c. Cool Whip
Preparation

Beat egg whites until stiff.
Add baking powder and sugar, beating slowly until very stiff.
Fold in cracker crumbs and nuts. Mix well.
Bake in greased pan at 325\u00b0 for 30 minutes.
Cool.
Top with Cool Whip and refrigerate overnight.
