Raspberry-Cream Tart - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 c. all-purpose flour
    1/2 c. butter, softened
    1/3 c. granulated sugar
    1 egg white
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 375\u00b0.
    In medium bowl, combine first 3 ingredients.
    With hand, knead mixture until blended.
    Pat pastry onto bottom and up side of a 10-inch tart pan with removable bottom.
    Bake 20 minutes, or until pastry is golden.
    In cup, beat egg white; use to brush hot pastry shell.
    Cool pastry shell in pan on wire rack.
    Remove side from pan.
