Grilled Turkey Burgers - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 lb. ground turkey
    3/4 c. grated zucchini
    1 (8 oz.) can mushrooms
    1 envelope onion soup mix
    1/4 c. barbecue sauce
    8 slices fat-free cheese
    8 hamburger buns (low-fat)
Preparation
    Combine first 4 ingredients; form into 8 patties.
    Chill 30 minutes.
    Grill until done.
    Baste with barbecue sauce while cooking, about 6 to 8 minutes on each side.
    Place 1 slice of cheese on each patty during last minute or two of cooking.
    Serve on buns with lettuce, tomato and other garnish of your choice. Yields 8 burgers.
