Potato Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lb. frozen hash brown potatoes
    1 pt. sour cream
    1 can cream of chicken soup
    2 c. Cheddar cheese, grated
    1/2 c. onion, diced
    1 tsp. salt
    1/2 tsp. pepper
    2 sticks butter or margarine
    2 c. corn flakes
Preparation
    Melt 1 stick butter and mix with thawed potatoes.
    Add sour cream, soup, cheese, onion and seasonings.
    Mix well.
    Pour into a large greased casserole.
    Mix corn flakes and remaining stick of butter and put on top.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour.
