Southern Corn Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients

1 c. buttermilk
1/2 c. flour
3 tsp. baking powder
1/4 tsp. salt
pinch of sugar
1 egg
1/4 c. oil

Preparation

Put oil in pan you are baking in and place in oven.
Mix all other ingredients.
Mix hot oil with mixture.
Bake at 450\u00b0 or 475\u00b0 until brown.
