Bread Pudding - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    7 large eggs
    1 c. sugar
    4 tsp. vanilla
    1 tsp. salt
    2 qt. skim milk
    4 c. diced bread
    1 c. raisins
    nutmeg or cinnamon
Preparation
    Beat eggs and sugar together well. Add vanilla, salt and skim milk. Spread bread and raisins in bottom of greased 9 x 13-inch pan.
    Cover with custard mixture. Let stand for 15 minutes. Sprinkle with nutmeg or cinnamon. Place in pan of hot water. Bake at 350\u00b0 until knife in center comes out clean.
