Potato Soup - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. diced raw potatoes, cooked, then drained
    1 qt. boiling water
    1 pt. milk
    1 large onion
    4 Tbsp. butter
    1 to 2 Tbsp. flour
    1 tsp. salt
    1/2 tsp. black pepper
    2 Tbsp. chopped parsley
Preparation
    Cook potatoes in boiling water.
    Cook onions in milk in microwave or top of double boiler until soft.
    Cook parsley in butter (can also be done in microwave).
    Add flour; stir well. Combine with milk and potatoes.
    Stir until smooth.
    Add salt and pepper.
