Soft Oatmeal Cookies - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 1/4 c. flour
1 tsp. baking soda
1 c. oleo, softened
1/4 c. sugar
3/4 c. brown sugar
1 pkg. vanilla instant pudding
2 eggs
3 1/2 c. oats (quick)
1 c. raisins or nuts
Preparation

Mix flour with baking soda.
Combine oleo, sugar and pudding mix in large bowl; beat until smooth and creamy.
Beat in eggs, gradually add flour mixture, then add oats and raisins or nuts. Will be stiff.
Drop by rounded teaspoonful onto ungreased cookie sheet.
Bake at 375\u00b0 for 10 to 12 minutes.
Makes 5 dozen.
