Microwave Onion Soup - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3 red onions, sliced thinly
1/4 c. butter or margarine
2 (10 1/2 oz.) cans beef broth
1 c. hot water
1/2 c. dry white wine
1/4 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. cayenne pepper
1/4 tsp. white pepper
6 slices French bread, toasted
1 c. Muenster or Gruyere cheese, grated
Preparation

In a 3-quart microwave-safe dish, combine butter and onions and saute on Medium-high for 10 minutes or until onions are tender. Stir once.
