Ruth'S Whole Wheat Rolls - Master Mix - cooking recipe
Ingredients

4 c. whole wheat flour
4 c. plain flour
3 Tbsp. plus 2 tsp. baking powder
1 1/2 c. vegetable shortening
1 c. nonfat dry milk
3 1/2 Tbsp. sugar
Preparation

Mix dry ingredients until well blended.
Cut in shortening until mixture looks like corn meal.
Store in cool dry place in container with tight fitting lid.
Will keep 8 weeks not refrigerated, much longer in refrigerator or freezer.
