Kraut Salad - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 large pkg. kraut
1/2 c. carrots
1/2 c. onions
1 c. celery
1 c. mango
1/2 c. salad oil
1/2 c. vinegar
1 1/2 c. sugar
Preparation

Drain kraut; cook carrots for 2 minutes.
Mix oil, vinegar and sugar.
Bring to a boil.
Let cool.
Pour over vegetables.
Let set overnight.
