Warm String Bean Salad - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 Tbsp. Balsamic vinegar
1 1/2 tsp. fresh lemon juice
3/4 tsp. powdered mustard
1/2 tsp. salt
freshly ground pepper
1/4 c. plus 1 Tbsp. olive oil
1 garlic clove, minced finely
1 1/4 lb. string beans, stemmed (or 1 lb. pkg. whole frozen string beans)
1/4 c. finely chopped red onion (optional)
Preparation

In a small bowl combine the vinegar and lemon juice.
Whisk in the mustard, salt and pepper to taste; then whisk in the oil in a thin stream.
Add the garlic and season with additional salt and pepper to taste.
