Low Calorie Orange Chiffon Cheesecake(By Aunt Kitty) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. graham cracker crumbs
    1/2 c. diet margarine, melted
    1 c. orange juice
    1 envelope unflavored gelatin
    12 oz. lite cream cheese, softened
    1 c. Ricotta cheese (part-skim)
    12 packets Equal
    1 packet low calorie whipped topping mix
    1/2 c. skim milk
    2 medium oranges, peeled, seeded and diced
    1 orange, cut in wedges for garnish (optional)
Preparation
    Grease 9-inch spring-form pan lightly.
    Blend cracker crumbs with margarine thoroughly and press over bottom and half up sides of pan.
    Bake in preheated 350\u00b0 oven for 8 to 10 minutes.
    Cool.
