Mint Julep Fruit Cup - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 can pineapple cubes
2 c. sliced strawberries
1/4 c. creme de menthe or 1/2 tsp. mint extract
1 1/2 c. lime sherbet
mint leaves
Preparation

Combine fruit and spoon into compotes.
Sprinkle with creme de menthe or mint extract.
Serve with 1/4 cup of lime sherbet and garnish with a fresh mint leaf.
Makes 6 servings.
