Stew - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 whole chicken
    2 med potatoes, peeled and sliced
    1 med onion, chopped
    2 (16 oz) can tomatoes
    1 (16 oz) can cream corn
    salt and pepper to taste
    red pepper
    paprika
    1 Tbps chili powder
    1 Tbsp butter
Preparation
    Cover chicken with water and cook until tender.
    Remove chicken from pot, set aside.
    Cook potatoes and onion in broth until tender. Add tomatoes and corn.
    Bring to boil.
    Add chili powder and butter.
    Season to taste with salt, pepper, red pepper and paprika. De-bone chicken and cut into bite sized pieces.
    Add to mixture. Simmer 10 minutes and serve with corn bread.
