Crumb Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 3/4 c. flour
    1 1/4 c. sugar
    3/4 tsp. salt
    2 tsp. baking powder
    1/2 c. shortening
    2 eggs, well beaten, or 1/2 c. Egg Beaters
    3/4 c. milk
    1 tsp. vanilla
Preparation
    Sift flour and dry ingredients together.
    Cut in shortening until crumbly.
    Reserve 1/2 cup crumb mixture for top.
    Add eggs, milk and vanilla.
    Stir until well mixed.
    Pour batter into greased and floured pans and sprinkle crumbs on top.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 35 minutes.
