Calico Scallops Saute - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 lb. calico scallops
2 Tbsp. margarine
1 clove garlic, minced
1/2 c. chopped fresh parsley
freshly ground pepper
Preparation

In large nonstick skillet, melt margarine and add garlic. Cook until garlic is golden brown.
Add scallops and parsley and cook 2 to 3 minutes, stirring often.
Sprinkle with pepper and serve.
Yields 4 servings.
