Bean Stew - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 can black beans
    1 can pinto beans
    1 can chickpeas
    1 can red kidney beans
    1 onion, chopped fine
    1 can tomato sauce
    1 can chopped tomatoes
    1 green pepper
    1 tsp. garlic
    1 tsp. ginger
    2 tsp. cumin powder
    salt to taste
    2 Tbsp. oil
Preparation
    Fry onions and pepper.
    Add spices, tomato sauce and chopped tomatoes.
    Add beans.
    Cook for 20 minutes.
    Serve over brown rice.
