Broccoli Rice Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 cans cream of mushroom soup
1/4 c. onion, finely chopped
1/2 c. butter
20 oz. frozen chopped broccoli
2 c. salted water
1 large jar Cheez Whiz
2 c. Minute rice (raw)
Preparation

Cook broccoli 5 minutes in boiling salted water.
Do not drain.
Saute onion in butter.
Mix onion, broccoli and soup.
Add Cheez Whiz and stir until cheese is melted.
Stir in rice and pour into a casserole dish; bake at 350\u00b0 for 45 minutes.
If too soupy, add an additional 1/2 cup rice before baking.
