Chicken Broccoli Stir-Fry - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    5 tsp. low sodium soy sauce
    1 Tbsp. cornstarch
    3/4 c. chicken broth
    1/2 tsp. ground ginger
    4 Tbsp. vegetable oil
    2 whole chicken breasts, skinned, boned and cut into 1-inch pieces
    1/2 tsp. dried red pepper
    1 medium onion, cut into 1-inch pieces
    1 large red bell pepper, cut into strips
    1 large green bell pepper, cut into strips
    1 clove garlic, minced
    1/2 to 3/4 lb. broccoli, cut in 1-inch pieces
Preparation
    Mix soy sauce, cornstarch, chicken broth and ginger. Set aside.
    Heat 1 1/2 tablespoons oil in wok or large skillet. Stir-fry chicken and red pepper over medium-high heat until pink is gone (about 3 minutes).
    Remove from wok.
    Add 1 tablespoon oil to wok. Stir-fry onion, garlic, red and green bell peppers 2 to 3 minutes (until onion is tender).
    Add broccoli and remaining oil to wok.
    Stir-fry 2 minutes.
    Add chicken and broth mixture and cook, stirring constantly, until thickened (2 to 3 minutes). Serve with rice. Serves 4.
