Fresh Cucumber Pickles - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 qt. sliced cucumbers, do not peel
2 Tbsp. Kosher salt
1 medium onion
1 1/2 c. sugar
1/2 c. vinegar
Preparation

Mix cucumbers, salt and onion and let set 2 hours.
Drain. Mix sugar and vinegar.
Pour over cucumbers.
Let set 1 1/2 hours. Do not cook.
Pack in freezer containers and freeze.
